Terms of delivery and payment

Payment

We value long-term and trusting cooperation. The following conditions apply to our payment processing:

• New customers: Delivery is against 100% prepayment.
• Existing customers: We will automatically convert your account from the third order onwards. Payment is then made 50% in advance and 50% within 10 days of delivery.

Delivery & Logistics

Shipping is always “ex works” (EXW). To enable you to plan your logistics smoothly, we proceed as follows:

• Data transmission: We will inform you of the exact number of items, the number of pallets and the total weight no later than one week before the collection date.
• Your forwarding agent: With this precise data, you can order your forwarding agent with pinpoint accuracy and avoid empty runs or additional bookings.
